We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we only offer replacements or refunds in specific cases.

Refunds will only be considered if the item you purchased is misprinted/damaged/defective upon arrival. In such cases, you must contact us within 21 days of receiving the item. Please email us at barelainfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Once we review the information provided, we will either issue a replacement free of charge with priority shipping or provide a refund at our discretion.

30-Day Warranty

 Our phone cases come with a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date, covering cracks or breaks under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from drops, accidents, or misuse.

To file a claim, email barelainfo@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of how it occurred. We will review your claim and provide a replacement.
