FUFILLMENT INFORMATION

All of our products are made to order to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong item is ordered.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not gone into production yet, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible via email or Instagram DM (@barelastore) to see if changes are possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged within 30 days of delivery, please provide photo proof, and we will send a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier for further assistance. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that were shipped to the wrong address if incorrect details were provided at checkout.
